- Minimum 10 years' experience and minimum 3 years of client interfacing experience.
- Expertise in leading "Managed Services (AMS) projects driven by ITSM/ITIL framework in onsite-offshore model. Must have experience leading SLA based engagements.
- Experience working for Automotive Client and preferred exposure to discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Enterprise Systems and Architectures. Both Web Based and Desktop based applications
- Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to communicate and manage expectations of different stakeholders including technical teams, Client Business Partners, Client IT team, Directors.
- Hands on experience in .NET Technology stack.
